High elastic cement adhesive with fibers, class C2TES2
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
A adhesive with high elasticity to stick ceramic tiles, ceramic granite, glass ceramic, natural stone coating. Providing a flexible adhesive layer stresses, that takes up the internal stresses in deformable and preventing unsticking of the coating. Used in both dry and wet areas, for balconies, terraces and facades. To stick tiles on tiles, for floors with integrated floor heating as well as for coating of swimming pools, tanks, etc., as a part of an integral system Suitable for coating at outdoor and heavy-duty conditions.

Previous treatment of the ground
The ground must be dry, hard, and well-cleaned from pollutions: dist, greasy spots, etc. To previously apply DENEL PRIME COAT in case of a very weak and porous substrate.
PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE
A pack of 25 kg is mixed with 5,5 liters of water. In a suitable receptacle is poured the necessary the quantity of water, then is added the dry mix while stirring, using mechanical stirrer to form a homogeneous mixture. Then, the mixture is left for some 10 minutes, and then it is stirred again and is ready for use. The so prepared mixture can be used within 1 hour.
The mortar is then applied to the substrate using a notched trowel. An area which can be tiled in 15 minutes approximately must be covered. The application must take place on dry substrate and at a temperature between 5°? and 30°?.
Addition of other materials to the ready mortar is inadmissible.
3.5 kg/m² if the size of the notches of the trowel is 5 mm, 5.4 kg/m² if the size of the notches of the trowel is 8mm
To be stored at dry and ventilated place.
